Rabbit urine turned red after drenching in water. What to do?

After drenching my female pet rabbit in cold water multiple times yesterday, it screamed then shivered the whole night. In the morning it was dry and seemingly alright. Moving about and eating food. However, I noticed its urine is now red.

Is the likely cause the drenching?

What can I do to make the rabbit's urine go back to normal color? I am thinking about feeding it some food coloring (yellow color) or feeding it yellow or orange foods such as some jelly beans.Rabbit urine turned red after drenching in water. What to do?
This red urine is almost definately from the soaking... Rabbits are not water animals, they only go near it if they have to drink, it basically scares the **** out of them... now back to the urine.... Your rabbit has been severely scared and probably spent the night in severe shock, like in humans shock can cause the body's systems to start shutting down including the KIDNEYs. Its quite possible you've sent your poor rabbit into RENAL FAILURE. TAKE HER TO THE VET.Rabbit urine turned red after drenching in water. What to do?
thats not normal get help fast

it might b that ';time of the month';
why did you drench it in water?

bring it to the vet,it is sick!!!
I'm glad you think you're funny coz you're actually immature and lame.
GET THAT RABBIT TO AN EMRGENCY VET...NOW / changing the color of the urine won't fix the roblems, expecially if he screamed....that's like taking the light bubb out of your oil light on your car dashboard cuz it bothers you that it's on
Your rabbti screamed because it was either scared or in pain. I hope the vet yells at you!
And I am sitting here aghast!
I love how we sit here, still giving accurate advice to this...... thing. It's obvious it's either lying for attention of some sort, psychotic, or both. I mean, really, feeding a rodent jelly beans to return it's urine to a more natural color? This after drenching it repeatedly with cold water to toughen it up like a 'Navy SEAL'?

I wish I knew where this person was. I'd call the police, the SPCA, and the local mental ward. Imagined or imitated violence against animals is the first step to sociopathy and becoming a serial killer. Have fun.
You need to get a hold of the vet asap.....red urine usually means that is blood.....call the vet now....they are usually on call 24/7....
