My Rabbit has blood in her poop, what does this mean?

When I went downstairs this morning, I saw in her little box, me female rabbit had blood in her poop. Does this mean she is sick or something? I'm worried....My Rabbit has blood in her poop, what does this mean?
Take your rabbit to the vet it could have gi upset. My Rabbit has blood in her poop, what does this mean?
If rabbits were like humans, then this could mean it either has hemorrhoids, which aren't too serious or it could be a sign of cancer. If the blood you saw was red, then it would be in the lower intestines/rectum. If it was black, then it would be likely in the large intestine. Take the rabbit to a vet just to be safe.
Rabbits have very sensitive GI systems. She may have eaten something or may have a problem with digestive process. GO TO THE VET NOW! Rabbits do not let you know by noises if they do not feel well because they do not want to appear to be weak. If the rabbit is not eating, it will need to be feed as well.,

Do not take a chance.
Hmmmm...I agree with the first answer, take her to the vet,her digestive system might be messed up.
take her to the vet.
all you have to do is bring her to the vet
do you know for a fact it is blood? rabbit urine can vary in color, from pale yellow, orange, even dark red. if there is blood in the urine it will be swirly, if it is a solid, red, it is likely just the color of the urine and nothing to be worried about.

edited: sorry, i misread this... if the blood is in the poop, in this case you need to take the bunny to a vet. they will do an examination to see the cause of the problem.
